Darkolates was born in Bengaluru out of one simple question — why does Indian dark chocolate have to compromise? Our founder, India's first IICCT Level 3 Certified female taster, set out to change that. Every cube is crafted from single-origin Indian cacao, sweetened only with palm jaggery or raw cane sugar, and free from every artificial shortcut — no soy, no PGPR, no GMO, no trans fats.
